Ordering a Table

You can order table rows by the values of a column simply by clicking the column header. Upon the first click, the rows are ordered in ascending order (numeric values from the lowest to the highest and text values from A to Z); this order is indicated by the symbol in the column header. Upon the second click, the rows are ordered in descending order (numeric values from the highest to the lowest and text values from Z to A); this order is indicated by the symbol in the column header. Upon the third click, the column ordering is canceled.
If a column is ordered and you select another column for ordering, the ordering of the former column is not canceled, but is assigned a lower priority compared to the latter column – the ordering selected earlier is applied if values of the column selected later are the same and are therefore not sufficient to determine the order of the rows.
If a table is ordered by some columns, a symbol is displayed in the upper left corner of the table, which you can use to cancel all ordering.
