x rotr n
The operator performs bit rotation to the right (to the lower-order bits). The parameter x is the value to be rotated. It is of an integer type (Int, Int8, Int16, Int64, Byte, Word, Dword, Qword). The parameter n specifies the number of bit positions to rotate the value x. Rotation means to shift the bits of the number x to the right by n positions, while the bits that “fell out” are inserted back from the higher-order end.
The result type is same as the type of the parameter x.
