num_to_str(n, base)
Converts an integer number (Int) n to a String. The number can be of the type Int, Int64 or Qword (other numeric types are converted to one of these types.) The base parameter determines the base of the number representation to be used. If the base is 10, an equivalent result can be achieved with the typecast operator ([String]n). The result is of the type String. If the base is not within the range of 2 up to 36, an error is returned.
