Logical Negation

The operator computes logical negation. If the parameter is Bool, the operator changes TRUE to FALSE and vice versa. If the parameter is of an integer type (Int, Int8, Int16, Int64, Byte, Word, Dword, Qword), the bitwise negation is performed. The result is of the same type as the parameter.
The two versions (with tilde and with exclamation mark) are the same. They just reflect custom practices in different programming languages.
