Bitmap Resize Mode

These constants determine the method of resizing a bitmap.
The constants are of the type Int.
Name
Description
SBM_HALFTONE (0)
When downsizing an image, an average of the color values of the original pixels is used. When upsizing it, the colors are interpolated.
(This is the default setting. Older versions of Windows may not support this function. Then, the SBM_DELSCANS method is used, instead).
SBM_DELSCANS (1)
When downsizing, the superfluous pixels are removed. When upsizing, they are duplicated.
SBM_ANDSCANS (2)
For two-color images: when downsizing, and one of the original pixels is black, the resulting pixel will be black, too. This option is suitable for a graphics with white background.
SBM_ORSCANS (3)
For two-color images: when downsizing, and one of the original pixels is white, the resulting pixel will be white, too. This option is suitable for a graphics with black background.
