String Concatenation with Separator

str1 #<sep> str2
Appends the string str2 to the end of str1 separated with sep. The parameters can be of the type Binary, String or Text. If the both strings str1 and str2 are non-empty and str1 does not contain str2 at its end, the function inserts the string sep (the separator) between the concatenated strings. (That is, the separator is not inserted at the beginning, in front of an empty string, and when it is already present). The return value is of the same type as the parameters str1 and str2. The parameter sep is always a String.
