Absolute Value

abs(x)

The operator computes the absolute value of a given number. The x parameter can be of the following types: Int, Int8, Int16, Int64, Byte, Word, Dword, Qword, and Real. For the unsigned integer types (Byte, Word, Dword, Qword), the operator always returns the parameter value.
