OLE_object_open_file(file_name, item_name)
The function creates an OLE object by reading from a file. The first parameter specifies the file from which the object is to be created. The second (optional) parameter identifies an item (part) within the file, the object representation of which is to be created. The syntax of the second parameter depends on the application that creates the object. For example, in the case of a spreadsheet, an item name is a sheet name or a cell range specification etc. The both parameters are of the type String.
If an error occurs, an Error value is returned.
