Inferred_seq_def

The definition type of the categoryinferred sequence.

Data type of the sequence elements
Bool optional
inline
If set TRUE, the data of the elements is stored within the same memory block as the entire sequence. Otherwise, separate memory blocks are allocated for each element.
The component need not be specified. Then, Sfairadora determines the optimal memory allocation automatically.

The structure defining properties of one base (source) sequence.

A name that is used by the inserter and remover functions to access the base sequence. If it is not specified, a name of the form seqN is generated, where N is the ordinal number of the source sequence (numbered from 1).
